Tanya serves as the Administrative Coordinator at KC Deck Services, a trusted deck building company based in Lee's Summit, Missouri. In her role, she manages client communications, schedules, and supports the team to ensure smooth project execution from initial consultation to final inspection. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are vital in maintaining the company's reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Ayden is one of our youngest builders but he is insanely talented. We always get compliments on his builds because of the care he takes for our customers, and the respect he gives. Ayden has been with KC Deck for 5 years now and we plan on keeping him around for a long time!

With experience from his time in the Air Force and a strong focus on communication, he helps create a stress-free process for clients and the team. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Illinois Fighting Illini.

I'm Andrew and I have been with KC Deck Services for 6+ years. I like being able to work outside with the sun and fresh air. I enjoy being part of KC Deck Services because they allow me to put my passion of woodworking into a beautiful final product for our customers.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the building trades, he developed a strong work ethic and a keen eye for quality craftsmanship from an early age.
